• We collect personal information from our website and mobile application visitors and customers (“Users”), as well as from our travel creators, who curate, share, and sell their travel knowledge (“Creators”). • Account Creation

  • To access certain parts of our Services, you may need to create an account (your “Atlas Account”). To set up an Atlas Account, we may require your full name, email address, username, and password. You may have the option to add images for a profile picture to your Atlas Account. You may also have the option to share information about yourself with other Users via our Services.

  • Users can also access some of our Services as a guest, without creating an Atlas Account. If you use our Services without creating or logging into an Atlas Account, we will still collect the personal data described in “Information Collected Automatically” below associated with your device identifiers, device information, and location.

• Purchases

  • We may collect personal information and details associated with your purchases, including payment information. Any payments made via our Services are processed by third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe). We do not directly collect or store any payment card information entered through our Services, but we may receive information associated with your payment card information (e.g., your billing details).

• Your Communications with Us

  • We may collect personal information, such as your full name, email address, phone number, or mailing address when you request information about our Services, register for our newsletter, request customer or technical support, apply for a job, or otherwise communicate with us.
